The boys during our homeschool time

Here are Caleb and Matthew during homeschooling. While I work with Caleb, Matthew colors, plays, does links or blocks, plays with empty tupperware putting stuff in and taking it out.
Here is some of Caleb's writing. He is doing so well and gets better and better every time.
We are also doing kid writing where he draws a picture and he tells me what he did and we come up with a sentence for him to write. So the picture below is one he drew of his family in the house.
So he wrote: We ar in the has. = We are in the house. The letter of the week is the letter Kk. We always begin with devotion time and prayer, then we sing. I always have him write his name everyday. The date and then we do a review of the letter of the week. By the end of the week we review everything we've been working on the past 2 weeks. We read and work on sight words, word families and we sing  an ABC song for the sounds of each letter everyday. We do math as well. I am so proud of Caleb he enjoys it and gets excited when he can read a word and write it on his own by sounding the letters.
